Ductless Air Conditioners and Heat Pumps provide your home with a quiet and secure solution for cooling and heating problems. These units are easily connected by refrigerant lines running through a small 3-inch opening in the wall or ceiling. The outdoor unit cycles the refrigerant through the lines to and from the indoor unit, where the air is conditioned and distributed in to the space. Installation is as simple as mounting the indoor and outdoor units, connecting the refrigerant lines, and making a few electrical connections. $1,500 Federal Tax Credit Eligible for Ductless

For Mitsubishi Electric HVAC split heat-pump systems, this means 30 percent of the cost of heat pump installation including equipment, materials and labor. The tax credit was effective February 17, 2009 after President Obama signed the new American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (also known as the Stimulus Bill).

To Qualify
HVAC systems must be installed after February 17, 2009 through the end of 2010.
Split-system heat pumps chosen for installation must achieve the highest CEE Tier
Level of energy efficiency; specifications shown in the table below.

Ductless air conditioners and heat pumps allow for easy installation. Unlike window units, they have no risk of being stolen or blocking your view outside. Also, with its sleak and quiet design, you can only feel its benefits and not pollute your living space with noise or bulky window units.

In the summer months, the outdoor unit takes in the warm outside air, and distributes it to the indoor units through a series of refrigerant lines. From there the units cool the air, and cools the rooms where you need it most.

In the winter months, the outdoor unit takes in the cold outside air, and distributes it to the indoor units through a series of refrigerant lines. From there the units heats the air, and warms the rooms where you need it most.
