The standard schedule for maintenance is a Spring Tune-up for the cooling season and a Fall Tune-up for the heating season. Heat Pumps are usually checked twice a year because they are used in both seasons. All in all, Tune-ups are a very inexpensive and cost effective investment for your heating and cooling equipment.
