I am absolutely pleased with the service that I got. The installers were amazing. They got to work and didn’t stop until the job was done. My basement was cleaner when they left than it was when they got here. Everything was explained to me that was going to be done and they walked me through the new system and thermostat when they were done. I would definitely recommend Christian to anyone. I’m glad that I chose them.

Electric went out overnight and could not get system to turn back on in the morning. Christian came out and system had to be rebooted. All is fine now.

Chris C. was our tech today & he was very pleasant. He explained everything he was doing & recommend some things that needed attention. He was able to look up when the last time something was done, immediately. Due to that we opted to have some extra cleaning done. Very efficient and very polite gentlemen.

Woke up to no hot water called Christian Heating and Plumbing at 7:30 technician Ricky was dispatched arrived before 9am had hot water by 1pm. Ricky was kind and informative and considerate.

We were without heat and Dad went above and beyond to find and correct the problem. It was very late in the day but he worked long and hard to make sure we had heat before he left. Thank you, Dan!

Billy came out to our home today to address an issue with our HVAC system, and I can’t say enough good things about the experience. He’s just an all-around awesome person who clearly takes pride in his work.

He spent the time to thoroughly explain what was going on with the system in terms I could actually understand, walked me through the repair, and didn’t rush through anything. What really stood out was that he didn’t just “fix it and leave” — he stayed to test everything and make sure the system was fully operational before heading out.

It’s rare to find someone who combines technical skill with that level of care and professionalism. I’m genuinely grateful for the time, attention, and effort he put into making sure the issue was resolved the right way. If you get Billy as your technician, you’re in very good hands.

Chris was a true professional. From the moment he arrived he was interested in listening to what my problem was and went directly to solving it. Unlike many that had come before. He was thorough, testing and checking every detail. Additionally, he was really smooth and natural when making upgrade recommendations. Never felt like I was being sold. Felt like I was being looked out for like he was my friend. It was refreshing in today’s climate of pressure salesmanship. I’ve been in biz for 30 years retiring from a sales career after 20. I can tell you that what Chris possess from a service and sales perspective is unteachable and usually is seen just in certain personalities. Please promote.

Had an electrical inspection today by Andrew, who did a really thorough job and prioritized all of the issues that were troublesome or not up to code so I could decide what and when to address things. Really took his time to describe things in non technical terms. I’d highly recommend Andrew and the electrical systems inspection to anyone.

Christian in general is terrific and Brandon was amazing. I called this morning about a toilet that probably should have been replaced 6 months ago, but waited until a cold miserable Friday to die. They are so accommodating and sent Brandon over before noon. Brandon was terrific, explained what he was doing and even went above and beyond to get everything working. Oh – and the toilet is on the 3rd floor and the shutoff valve is in the basement, so he definitely got his steps in. Great guy with a great attitude. I definitely recommend him and will request him next time I need a plumber.
