After running for four years our new furnace needed some cleaning and maintenance. The repairman, Matt, provided clear explanations, worked efficiently and was a pleasure to deal with.

Ant was extremely helpful in finding the root cause of why our heat wasn’t working. He effectively communicated the issue and solution, and made it really easy to get fix it with a new system.

Once again we had outstanding service from Christian. This time Austin was the one who performed our annual furnace maintenance. Can't say enough great things about this fantastic company after using them for many years.

Caleb came today from Christian Heating for an inspection of our HVAC unit for winter readiness. I was extremely impressed with his detailed work ethic. He was extremely knowledgeable of our HVAC unit and explained everything he was inspecting. Very professional young man and a gentleman. I get two checkups a year, one for the winter season and one for summer. I will be asking for Caleb for my next service visit. A big shout out also for Christian Heating and Cooling Management in choosing Caleb as a representative of your company.

Bob did a great job! We had an old analog thermostat and needed some sanding and paint work to blend into the wall. He installed a remote sensor as well.

Brandon from the Christian team spent a good portion of the day with us helping to troubleshoot issues, and went to many lengths to accurately diagnosis the fix needed. He was communicative and transparent on the process throughout and it was evident his goal was to find the solution that was best fit for us. Very helpful and would definitely recommend!

Service was great. However, a 4 hr service window should be provided, not a full day. And prices have more than doubled within a year.
